My name is Kirsten. I recently became a certified Yoga instructor during covid shut down via Zoom & living in Orlando! My mom takes classes with Melody & found out she was looking for new people to become instructors! I jumped at the chance! Melody taught myself and other Zoomie Yogi’s for a few months.  I then got engaged & my now husband & I moved back to Texas! I began teaching with Island Salt Air back in August!  I love it & hope to spread the Yoga love to many others as well.
