Beautiful studio. Nice and hot. One of the few places left that offers 90-minute classes. Always a friendly welcome. Parking no problem (use the parking app and it won't charge you if you check in before 9 a.m.!).

I've done a few classes here and I've loved them all. I was little put off by going into a hot yoga studio when it's already hot outside but the sweating is refreshing and the stretches are better as a result. The instructors have all been patient and give good advice on how to move your body. I have really enjoyed my classes here!

This was our first visit to Island Salt Air. We arrived early to make sure that we had a spot for the 8:15 class. We were greeted by the instructor with a smile and a calm voice. Check in with super easy, they except cash and credit cards. We brought our own supplies but notice that you could rent mats, towels, and purchased water if needed. The class was excellent and we left there without being disappointed. I highly recommend the studio even if you're a beginner. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Make sure you arrive on time!
