Work deeply into the space within you through asana focused on hip and heart opening. This is a warm slow flow class with postures held for longer periods of time to access a deeper connection to breath, body, and self. All levels of experience are welcome.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to class to ensure the best experience. Rental yoga mats and towels are available.
