Tang Mai

Tang has a healthy curiosity for the world and was drawn to yoga in 2008. She quickly became addicted to the practice because of the balance it brought to her life. She loved the practice so much that she wanted to share it with others and in 2017, she completed her training to become a yoga instructor.

Her mission is to support others live a happy and healthy life and believes that she can achieve this through sharing her yoga practice. Her practice focuses on breath, body awareness, and mindfulness to move in a way that will make you feel good, both on and off the mat!
